Free over 55's outdoor course 'Pushing the Possibilities'

The next free over 55's outdoor course called 'Pushing the Possibilities' will be starting on 10th July. The course is for adults living in Tyne and Wear aged 55 or over.
The course aims to engage with disadvantaged older people and help improve their physical and emotional well being. The course involves adventurous outdoor activities such as canoeing, rock climbing, hill walking, Forest School and mountain biking. Activities are tailored to suit abilities of applicants.

All outdoor equipment, walking boots, waterproofs, rucksacks, bikes,minibus transport and instruction provided.

8 spaces available.

Courses start and finish from 13 Walker Terrace, Gateshead NE8 1EB 100 metres from Gateshead bus Interchange.

There will be an information drop-in day on Friday 6th July visit anytime between 10am-4pm at
13 Walker Terrace, Gateshead. NE8 1EB

1. Friday 6th July 10am-4pm = Information open drop-in day 13 Walker Terrace.
2. Tuesday 10th July 1pm - 5pm = Team building meet 13 Walker Terrace
3. Wednesday 11th July 10am -5:30pm = Outdoor Activity
4. Tuesday 17th July 10am -5:30pm = Outdoor Activity
5. Wednesday 18th July 10am -5:30pm = Outdoor Activity
