NHS England consultation - making health and social care information accessible

NHS England is looking to ensure that disabled patients, service users and carers receive information from health and social care organisations in formats that they can understand, and that they receive appropriate support to communicate, which may include advocacy.

NHS England would like to hear your views using the survey which is most relevant to you:

• Survey for patients, carers and service users
• Survey for health and social care professionals and organisations
• Survey for support and supplier organisations, including patient groups, communication professionals and local Healthwatch
