Young people's steering group
MHNE's Young People's Steering Group is a team of young volunteers who have an interest in mental health.
They have created Reach Out North East (R-ONE), a magazine giving a voice to young people across the North East to talk about mental health. R-ONE and these pages aim to support other young people who have been affected by mental ill health.
Contributors to the group vary between 8 and 21 years old and work on all apects of this project in their spare time, supported by MHNE and parents!

Reach Out North East magazine
Issue 6 of Reach Out North East (Winter 2020)
This issue is aimed at young people aged 8 plus, with contributions from a range of young people on the subject of "lockdown" and the restrictions on home, school and play imposed by the global COVID-19 pandemic. It includes opinions, poems, activites, cartoons and contact suggestions for anyone who may be struggling.
